Visit Valldemossa, Mallorca
Everytime we enter into the valley of Valldemossa our heart makes a little jump. Valldemossa is a cute, charming town, where you will be captivated by its beautiful views of the Sierra Tramuntana and its stone houses embedded in the mountains. Valldemossa is a town that you will fall in love with, its small streets full of flowers, small local shops full of traditional products, and its charming cafes that will be a perfect stop to rest and contemplate the flow of the town. In summer a little crowded, but in the evening or off season it is a lovely site to explore.
It is a perfect destination if you like quiet walks, and spend a slow day, but also for those hiking enthusiasts or those who travel for hiking, it has a multitude of routes where you can enjoy the natural landscapes that Valldemossa offers.
Access to Valldemossa is easy, and it is only 30 minutes by car from Palma. It is an obligatory stop if you are on your holidays in Mallorca.
What to do in Valldemossa?
The best advice for what to do in Valldemossa is to walk around and get lost in its corners, it is a small town and you will surely not miss anything, but if we have to recommend some, I would tell you, Real Cartuja, Jardines del Rey Juan Carlos, viewpoint Miranda des Lledoners.
To continue you can reach the tiny port, but you have to know that the road is very narrow and with curves. Like the entire northwest coast of Majorca, you will be able to see the sun setting over the Mediterranean Sea.
