7 Days Package - Classic Mallorca holiday

This 7 day slow travel package for Mallorca will let you experience Mallorca in a tranquil way, the way we love to travel ourselves. You will stay in 2 different parts of the island, inland but with plenty of beaches within 30 minutes driving time.

Day 1: Arrival Palma de Mallorca

Today you arrive in Mallorca. One of us will welcome you at the airport and assist with collecting your rental car. We will go briefly through your itinerary. Then you are set to go and drive to your first hotel, which is located at the edge of the Tramontana Mountains in a beautiful old finca. Alqueria Blanca Hotel has a beautiful garden and serves a fresh local breakfast. A place to relax and unwind.

Day 2: Day at leisure

Today you can start the day with a small hike if you are up for it. From the historical Raixa there is an easy trail to Valldemossa. Or drive or take the train to Port de Sóller and Sóller town and have a wonderful day in the bay. From here there are several hikes along the dramatic coast. A bit more steep.

Day 3: Alaró

Check out and drive to your next Hotel Rural S'Olivaret & Spa. You could start the day with a biking or walking city tour in Palma de Mallorca, or a wine or olive tasting in and around Binissalem. Plenty of delicious and organic wines.  Check-in at your hotel just outside Alaró in the National Park. This classical building breathes history. There is a restaurant on site so no need to drive anywhere.

Day 4: Day at leisure

You could start the day with a hike to Alaró Castle or on a hot day, drive up north to Formentor Beach, Playa de Muro or Port de Pollença to enjoy some beach time. Overnight in Alaró.

Day 5: Explore the northern highlights

We suggest you start your day with an e-step tour and visit 5 small mountain villages around Selva. Then in the afternoon relax at the pool or beach. Wine lovers could drive up to Restaurant Es Guix for lunch and visit Mortitx winery afterwards and enjoy breathtaking views high up in the mountains. Hikers could also explore the area around Lake Cuber and La Calobra. Overnight in Alaró.

Day 6: Explore the East Coast

Time for a drive through the beautiful countryside of Mallorca. There are so many calas on the East Coast but in peak season they can be crowded and dirty. Our favourite place is Portocolom, a more quiet place without flats and mass tourism. Drive up to the Blue Bar and have a swim. Stroll through town for lunch along the waterside or drive to Terra Gust for an organic lunch under the fruit trees.  Overnight in Alaró.

Day 7: Day of departure

Time to leave Mallorca. Drive to the airport and hand in your rental car with a full fuel tank. We hope you enjoyed this magical island and wish you safe travels back home!
