5 Best Veggie Restaurants in Mallorca
We have made a small selection of our favorite restaurants for vegetarians and vegetable lovers on the island. As you know, vegetarian and vegan food is on the rise and there is increasing awareness about good nutrition and the health of our body. More and more restaurants are joining the green and plant-based cuisine. And in Mallorca there is plenty on offer!
With our 2 daughters being vegetarian, we must say that the veggie restaurant options on Mallorca are really great and oh so tasty! Here are some of our favorites:
Ca n'Ela: Located in the Llonja de Palma, this 100% vegan restaurant offers a different menu every lunchtime. At night you can let yourself go among all the suggestions that appear on the menu, always with fresh, local and organic products.
Pets are also welcome. Feel at home in this cosy, healthy and familiar space.
Temple Natura: At Carrer del Temple 4, you can find this oasis in the middle of the city. In this green patio you can enjoy vegan and vegetarian Mediterranean dishes made with local and seasonal products.
Mujer de Verde: Located in the Porta de Santa Catalina square, it offers a daily menu for lunch and night, which changes weekly, its dishes are vegan with a vegetarian option.
The drinks offer includes homemade lemonade and a variety of craft beers and kombuchas made in Mallorca.
Vegan Bistró: This plant-based restaurant is located in Santa Catalina. Its menu, Mediterranean, homemade and 100% vegan, is led by dishes with vegetables, followed by a spectacular selection of pasta and rice dishes and some desserts made with fruits and vegetables.
Bella Verde: We bring you an option in the north of the island, in Port de Pollença, in the shade of a leafy garden of hundred-year-old fig trees. This restaurant serves vegetarian and vegan dishes made only with organic products, mostly grown on their own farm.
Combining a wide variety of spices, herbs and techniques, to challenge the palate and break away from the "more usual" vegetarian cuisine.
Immerse yourself in this oasis and let yourself be surprised.
Note: almost every regular restaurant on the island has a vegetarian paella on the menu or a couple of vegetarian dishes.
